Martyn Ware's MusicTech Q&A - Wants to reform original line-up!

Postby HighRising » Fri May 17, 2013 2:34 pm

Hey guys

First time poster, just thought I'd share this interview with Martyn Ware on MusicTech.net:

http://www.musictech.net/2013/05/martyn-ware-the-music-tech-qa/

It's pretty cool, he says he wants to reform the original line-up and that it would be a guaranteed sell-out, what do you guys think?

Also talks a bit about the Bowie sonifications he's been working on.

Thanks for the link. There seems to be two camps of those who do and those who don't want to see this happen. Personally I'd love to see it but don't think it ever will take place. Shame that Adrian and Philip haven't reconciled their differences. Maybe Philip hasn't forgiven him for taking them to court? If the original League don't reform for a few Travelogue/Repro gigs perhaps today's line up could do a few?
If you were a diamond, I wouldn't want you now.

Cs15,

I'd love to see this happen too. but unlikely however Spandau Ballet reformed even though 3 or them sued and Bros too for one off and there was a case too. I never heard anything about the court case and cannot find anything to support it or against it so I can't comment on that one.....
