Interesting! I am planning to go to Glasgow on my UK trip next year to see my good friend who lives there (who's a huge Tiffany fan).

That's either going to be a long trip or you thought this gig was in June and not December

They must be in negotiation with the RCH here in Glasgow. I've seen this before, RCH putting gigs on ticketmaster before they are fully signed off with the artist (a few years back I had tickets purchased for Sheryl Crow in the same venue, then she announced that the gig was never actually confirmed, RCH had jumped the gun and put them on sale).

I saw the band in the same venue on the last tour. It was my first time seeing them in a seated venue (they normally play the O2 Academy) but thankfully everyone stood up from the first few songs onwards. A great atmosphere, Glasgow crowds are normally up for a good time. Its a big auditorium so they could fit in the full stage show (the academy has a smaller stage). It was an excellent gig, hope this gets confirmed soon!

Looking forward to it Patrick! We'll need to meet in the usual haunt, just need to make sure we don't get run down by random taxis, Glasgow is known for it :-)

Last minute surprise from my daughter now means we wont be going to Glasgow.. instead it's Brighton and Southend for us to add our voice to the sound of the crowd

OK I have bought my tickets so I will be there! Do we think there's any chance any of the band might show up? Are they all on good terms with Jo? Or would they not be happy that he is doing this?

Jo Callis does his own thing these days, I don't think they have fallen out but I reckon the band will be too busy or knackered to go to Jo's gig. Still material written for but never made it onto a league album might be quite interesting. Although bear in mind Susan's quip "people were coming up with songs that just weren't good enough" re the Hysteria period.

For those on Facebook, here's a quick clip from last night's Live At 5 show on STV Glasgow and a little hint of what you can expect from tonight's aftershow gig. Just to pick up on one of the comments above I can reveal that Jo met up with Philip and Susanne after we recorded this for a catch up and I'm pleased to report there was certainly no sign of any falling out from where I was sitting! Whether it is going to be feasible for them to come along to the show I can't say and for all the reasons mentioned above I wouldn't be surprised or blame them if they didn't but they certainly know all about it and there was no sign that it doesn't have their blessing.

Look forward to seeing those of you who can make it and I hope you like what we've put together!
