The usual madness, keyboard mashing - Got me a 6th Row purchase.

I'd have liked better of course, but I'm happy :D

Had a wonderful evening last night in Sheffield. A great show (as always), and nice to hear a few tracks live that don't get played regularly. I thought Ekkoes were a wonderful support band, and Blancmange were utterly bonkers! This was most definitely a night to remember.

My first gig of this tour last night. What can I say.....overall = WOW! Loved the new stage set up and the sound last night was pretty much perfect!
Quite a few surprises in the set, including a couple I haven't heard live before...Soundtrack to a Generation (which isn't a fave of mine but really liked it live) and Stay With Me Tonight which is up there in my all time top THL songs and once I've been desperate for them to play live since I started going to see them :D <3 That song was worth the ticket price alone, haha!

The opening was very strong and I would never have expected them to start with BB but it worked really well. There is of course, all the usual hits (good, beefed up versions of some :D ) but only one song from Credo :(

The band all look fantastic (I swear Phil doesn't age!!!), and they were on 'top form' last night :D They have really good merchandise too :D

Can't wait till Brighton on Friday!!

BRILLIANT atmosphere at the hometown gig. The band FINALLY seem relaxed on their own turf. Loving this tour more than any other for a good few years now.

My personal opinion is that the 3 ballads in the middle is too much, and I could happily not hear those songs for a long time!! BUT, i guess that's partly because i've seen the band live so many times.

'One Man' is a dreadful song live. Always has been.

Would love to see Susan do 'Never Let Me Go' instead.

They started with BB on the Octopus tour in 95 (well at the Colston Hall in any rate) followed by Circus of Death. I think they did the same at Basingstoke at the start of the Secrets tour.

That opening to the Secrets tour is my favourite of all the tours I've been to. Being Boiled being performed with Philip's disembodied voice just adds more impact to the song. Delighted that they choose to open this year's tour with it too. Take a look at this link to the League's UK album chart placings - http://www.officialcharts.com/artist/18 ... an-league/
It strikes me that Reproduction and Travelogue, after Dare of course, stayed in the charts much longer than any of their other albums. It leads me to believe that there are a lot more people than the hardcore fans who would love to hear more of the MK I era songs live.
