Link to a 17 minute video from the 1980 broadcast on German TV , I got this version from a torrent , as it weighed in at 500megs , uploading was an issue , so Ive converted it to an avi . Its an avi wrapper for a Windows Media Format (video codec) and the sound is in MP2 format . Some on here probably have it from the torrent but for those that don`t .

Problems -
If you have a Mac -
a/you deserve all you get
b/go to Microsofts site and search it - the codecs to play it on a Mac are there
If you have a PC -
a/if it won`t play , go to Microsofts site and search for codecs for your version of Windows (WMP should update itself though)



I dont want any thanks (nor am I using reverse psycho either) , I dont upload to feed any ego polishing , I do it as I believe in karma and its nice behaviour in a world of ungrateful selfish people .

Just give me a random number to say thanks if you are positively bursting with it , I dont read the board that often , so this thread might have dropped off the radar by then anyway .

Kudos to the uploader of the torrent btw . Enjoy this video , details of it are around the net , the video has been cponverted by someone to an NTSC framerate along the way (and a quite good conversion along with a video processer - the bands faces colours are smeared) but overall its not to bad quaility wise and it deserves a place on every HL fans hard drive at least . I tried to find a site to upload the full 500meg file to but came up with nothing , my bandwidth is now totally concerned with playing Quake Wars if Im doing anything online so I`ll have no time to repost this .


To anyone it might apply to - a blunt addendum - if you dont like Megaupload , I have chosen it as it provides me with the best upload rate and a rock solid connection - if you choose to whinge about it , take yourself outside , give yourself a slap and then tatto `ungrateful eejit` on your forehead - entering 3 numbers/digits and waiting 30 seconds is not the end of the world .
